If the operator is aged 14- 17（including both ages), the above excesses will be replaced by HK$25,000 /25% of adjusted loss, whichever is the greater, for each and every claim.Operators aged below 14 are not eligible for this insurance product.

Coverage Summary

Notes

  • The above information is applicable to recreational use of UAS weighting 7kg or below.
  • Insured operator(s) should be qualified to control the UAS as required by the applicable laws, regulations, rules or guidelines of Hong Kong

Major Exclusions

  • Typhoon, storm, rainstorm or flood occuring while the UAS is being used
  • Any intentional/illegal uses and/or non-permitted activity
  • Liability when the UAS is not in flight
  • Inside the Restricted Flying Zone according to the relevant Hong Kong Ordinance
  • Using the UAS by any person other than the Insured Operators as specified on the Schedule
